Unit 06 · Teams

Dedicated managed teams and outsourced functions, with accountable management

When the answer is more capable people, we recruit, train and manage them. The default is a managed service where we own the outcome, because accountability is what separates outsourcing that works from outsourcing that merely moves the problem.

When this is the right answer

Signs you need this

You need capacity, not advice

The work is clear. You simply do not have enough qualified people to do it.

Hiring locally is slow or costly

The volume or role does not justify a full local hiring process.

You want one accountable party

You would rather manage an outcome than a group of individuals.

A technical roadmap needs engineers

You need dedicated developers or QA without building an engineering department.

How it is delivered

People, process and technology

People

Roles are defined with required competencies, language, hours and training. Recruitment, assessment and onboarding follow a documented framework. No role is represented as staffed until it is.

Process

Each engagement has a RACI, an escalation procedure, quality checks, backup resources and a monthly report.

Technology

Secure access, logged activity and tooling set up to your requirements, with confidentiality and data-processing terms in place first.

Human delivery roles in this unit are scoped and validated for each engagement. We confirm roles, language, hours and supervision with you before committing coverage.

Ways to engage

  • Managed service (default). RunBizFlow manages the process, its resources and the agreed outputs.
  • Dedicated managed team. RunBizFlow provides and manages dedicated capacity for you, with a defined scope.
  • Staff placement / augmentation. Your team directly supervises workers. Offered only after legal assessment.

Questions

Good to know

What is the difference between the three structures?

A managed service means we are accountable for the outcome. A dedicated managed team means we provide and manage the capacity. Staff augmentation means you supervise the workers directly. Each has different legal and operational implications, which we set out in writing.

Why Morocco?

It is where our operational delivery is based. Working hours, overlap with US, UK and Australian time zones, and language coverage are confirmed per engagement.

Do you handle employment, payroll and compliance?

Our people are engaged under arrangements that are reviewed for employment, worker classification and cross-border requirements. We do not give blanket legal assurances; the structure for your engagement is documented in the contract.
